It positions itself as a centre for research and action on legislation, public policies and practices relating to social, economic and cultural rights in West Africa and the Sahel.

It aims to be a think-tank with recognized expertise on economic, social and cultural rights in Senegal and West Africa, through the innovative and relevant nature of its research, the quality of its expertise and its proven capacity for advocacy and facilitation of policy dialogue in favour of these rights.
