The IWGB is a grassroots member-led union fighting for the rights of some of the most ignored and marginalised workers in the UK.

IWGB represents mainly low paid migrant workers and so-called “gig economy” workers. It specializes in representing sections of the workforce which have traditionally been non-unionized and under-represented, including outsourced cleaners, bicycle couriers, Uber drivers, and foster care workers.
