The federation has been successful in signing CBAs with factory management. It has over 50 affiliated trade unions and has signed at least 10 CBAs, including a notable one with Hop Lun (BD) Ltd in January 2025 and another with Donglian Fashion in April 2026. The Hop Lun agreement included provisions for wage increments, attendance bonuses, and comprehensive maternal and childcare benefits, highlighting the federation's focus on gender equity.
