Uniquely, Rooted is a magazine by and for the agroecology movement. Supported by our editorial team, practitioners share insights from their own grounded, ‘rooted’ experiences in agroecology and food sovereignty from all over the world. Rooted highlights lessons from real life, that can provide useful guidance for other initiatives as well as for strategy and policy making processes. These grounded experiences are combined with cutting edge perspectives and opinions from key actors in the movement, be they farmer leaders, indigenous peoples representatives, researchers, policy advocates or others.
